Todd and Lisa were absolutely wonderful to work with. Househunting is already a stressful process, especially with the competitive market in Colorado Springs right now. They made this process so easy for us and did not pressure us into buying something we didn't love. Todd gave great advice regarding the key things to look for in a house (updated plumbing, electric work, etc), which we probably never would have thought to ask as this was our first home. These two are a great team as Todd can give a good breakdown of the home's structure, while Lisa helps you visualize the potential of a home. Walking through houses with them, we felt that we could be open and honest about what we liked/disliked, while also joking around as if we had been lifelong friends.
